The Nussbaum Center is working to establish a formal mentoring Program
Research has shown that mentorship can be a significant factor in the success of entrepreneurs and their business. Learning all the facets of business is almost impossible when you are alone. Mentors can help teach what needs to be done when, what should be outsourced and what can wait.
The Nussbaum Center for Entrepreneurship has created an experienced group of informal mentors who have been willing to help on an as needed bases. We would like to inventory mentor skills and formalize the process.
The Nussbaum Center is currently working with SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives) to establish a formal mentoring network. Inventorying skills and interest will be the first stage. Would you like to help make the Triad stronger? Let me know you are interested in mentoring an entrepreneur.
